Gutted!

So water damage is very .... uh damaging.
the wood floors had been soaking up water very slowly over the course the tiny leak and once it got past the floors, it got to the walls and cabinetry.
So in order to dry it, they demo'd it all.

Makes sense yet seems overkill too.
